Seniors Festival Submission Form 2025

Table Tennis Victoria is collaborating with the Seniors Festival in 2025 to help promote activations in Local Government Areas (LGAs) across the state, and with a key deliverable at Celebration Day - the official launch for flagship events that the Festival delivers in the month-long activities.

This year, Celebration Day will happen on Sunday 5 October, and be delivered at Federation Square from 12 Noon – 7 pm. On this day, the entire precinct comes alive with performances on the Mainstage and River Terrace and Stallholder Alley along the Riverwalk.

TTV have been allocated a space to showcase table tennis including setting up some tables, equipment and facilitators onsite that day.  TTV will have staff manage a small marquee (12 pm – 5 pm) and to share information about this great sport to a large audience.

To expand this activation, affiliated clubs are invited to promote their own events to be included in the Festival programming that each LGA presents or promotes. We are asking clubs to host a 'come and try' day during the Festival for inclusion in the official program. 

If your club is interested in hosting an event, we ask that you please complete this form no later than COB Monday 31 March. After this date we will provide a list of planned events to the Festival for inclusion in their promotional activities. We'll also host a special Senior's Festival page on the TTVs website. The Festival has offered to connect each club with the contact in your local LGA so the Council can also promote your event during the Festival.
