TTV is excited to announce its new affiliation category of "Associate Affiliate" that will enable organisations to become part of the Table Tennis Victoria family, and recognise the changing leisure trends in today's society.

The cost for an Associate Affiliate is $500 (annual fee) which will be invoiced once the application is approved.

According to the By Law, the status of Associate Affiliate is to be granted to any organisation which does not have table tennis as its primary purpose, such as (but not limited to) schools, offices, other incorporated organizations. An Associate Affiliate is subject to the same applicable rules, regulations and fees as regular Affiliates, but does not have the privilege of voting rights. Associate Members This By-Law allows for the status of an Associate Member to be granted to an individual who is aligned to an Associate Affiliate, with the validity of such alignment ratified by the Associate Affiliate. The Associate Member is subject to a membership fee (as per rule 9 of Constitution) which may be paid on their behalf by the Affiliate Associate. The minimum personal details required for an Associate Member (for integrity and reporting purposes) are: • a full name, and; • gender information. An Associate Member is entitled to the same advantages as a regular Member with the exceptions of: • No insurance coverage; • No right to participate in TTV or other sanctioned tournaments, including (but not limited to) pennant competitions and Victorian Open and Closed Tournaments. If Associate Members wish to take advantage of these excluded benefits, they must upgrade their status to that of a full Member of a full Affiliate.
