Over the past weeks, the TTV Board has had the opportunity to speak to many Affiliates and members.

Last night, the Board resolved to make the following adjustments to membership fees:

• Competition Adult Member  - $100 , reduced from $120.

• Additional concession category introduced to assist families - Adults with at least two children playing competition will be entitled to the concession rate of $80.

• Please see the attached table of amended membership categories and fees.

For those of you who have already paid the original $120 fee, the TTV office will be co-ordinating the refund process over the next few weeks. There is no need to contact the office to arrange a refund, as these will be made automatically.

TTV will contact you if any further information is required. We thank you in advance for your patience with this matter as refunds are processed as soon as possible.

On a personal note, I have enjoyed engaging with many of you and through the process have gained a better understanding of the concerns raised by you, and in particular, some of the challenges and aspirations of our Affiliates.

To further develop this process of dialogue and communication with you, the Board is committed to a comprehensive membership structure review to be discussed in Presidents’ Forums throughout 2020, noting that this will also compliment TTA’s activities throughout 2020.
