VALE: Sol Shachter

It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of a good friend and table tennis teammate, Sol Shachter. Sol represented the Maccabi Table Tennis Club both as a player and club official with pride and good humour for approximately 50 years. He was also a regular of Melbourne Lakeside. A funeral service will be held tomorrow, Wednesday 29 July at 3.30pm at Nelson Bros., 607 Glenhuntly Rd. Elsternwick ( cnr Kooyong Rd).
Sol was married to wife Deena, with three sons Simon,Ben (dcd) and Justin.
