Dear all Members and Affiliates,

This note is provided in the spirit of transparency to provide an update on the Director appointment process.

On Friday 18 September 2020, correspondence was provided to TTV members on an exclusive basis, providing them with the opportunity to apply for one of the vacant positions. The exclusive application period closed today (Friday 16 October 2020), and I can report that no internal applications have been received to date.

Therefore, we will now open up the process to the wider general public via platforms such as Seek Volunteer, VicSport Board Bank, Sport Australia, Institute of Community Directors, Australian Institute of Community Directors and Sportspeople Recruitment, as well as via individual professional networks.

This second application period will be open until Friday 13 November 2020. It is important to note that whilst the exclusive application period has now ended, TTV members are still able to apply until the end of the non-exclusive period.
