There are currently 3 vacancies on the TTV Board, comprising of:

• 1 x Elected Director position (reminder of term up to 2021 AGM, with potential for re-election)
• 2 x Appointed Directors positions (term TBC, though likely min. 2 years).

After undertaking a thorough skill set audit, it has been determined that applicants will be sought with demonstrated proficiency in one (or more) of the following areas:

• Sponsorship & Fundraising
• Participation & Membership
• Digital Experience Economy
• Strategic HR people management

If we are to fill all vacant positions, at least 2 successful applicants are required to be female to comply with our constitutional minimum gender requirements of 40%.

Please note that the opportunity is being offered exclusively to TTV members for a 1 one-month period to 16 October 2020, with TTV reserving the right to extend the process beyond this date in the event that suitable applicants cannot be identified from within the membership.

We would also like to take this opportunity to note Nick Ludington’s resignation from the Board. Nick brought valuable participation and membership experience with him through his role as Head of Golf & Communications at Kew Golf Club. Nick is originally from Numurkah in regional Victoria, is recently married, and has decided on a tree-change back to Numurkah where amongst other plans, he and his wife intend to open a physiotherapy practice. Thanks to Nick for his efforts, and best of luck to him with all future endeavours.
