The Board is disappointed to announce the resignation of Rosanne Ooi from the TTV Board. Since joining in February 2019, Rosanne has been an active and valued contributor to the Board.

In particular, her input into sponsorship and digital media initiatives reflected her expertise in the integrated marketing field, and will be missed.

Rosanne has indicated that due to a job change, she is no longer able to commit to the necessary time required to prepare for and attend Board meetings moving forward.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Rosanne for her energy and efforts over the past year, and wish her all the best with her future endeavours.

Her position as an Appointed Director will be left vacant until after the AGM in order to allow the Elected Director positions to be finalized, which in turn will then help determine the skill set required from any future Appointed Director.
