The Victorian Olympic Council is giving an opportunity for one athlete to receive this prestigious award.

TTV will nominate the athlete based on the following criteria:

• A registered member of TTV.
• Currently enrolled in Yrs 10, 11 or 12 and have not won the award before.
• Have participated in TTV tournaments with a positive attitude.
• Be actively involved in school or community sport, including but not limited to competing, volunteering, coaching, officiating,

administration or club development.

• Demonstrate the attributes consistent with the fundamental aims of the Olympic movement and
• Submission of a digital media, literacy or artistic piece that depicts an appreciation of Olympism in response to this year’s theme

“HOW HAS SPORT CHANGED YOUR LIFE OR YOUR COMMUNITY”?

• The digital media, literacy or artistic piece must be submitted to me with your nomination form.

Other conditions of this submission piece are listed on the selection criteria and guidelines form attached on this email.We need all submissions emailed to the CEO at the latest by Monday 2^nd May.
