Our Future Now! TTV's Vision for 2020 & Beyond
Published Mon 20 Jan 2020
Table Tennis Victoria’s four-year strategic plan, ‘Our Future Now!’ contains the three main pillars of Participation, Profile & Performance.
2020 is the first full year when TTV will be able to roll out a complete suite of activities across all three of these pillars, as we augment our existing traditional core activity with an exciting range of new initiatives.
These projects will be delivered and supported by a well-qualified and energetic staff team with defined roles in supporting the traditional club and tournament framework, growing participation in new markets, and increasing the profile of our great sport through wider media exposure.

This additional expanded list of activities is deliberately bold and ambitious.
Whilst we have made some important in-roads in some areas recently, such as the launch of the state High Performance program, we are very aware that our existing traditional product offerings are only speaking to a very small percentage of individuals who self-identify as regular table tennis players.*
It is this large untapped cohort of people that we are trying to connect with, so that we can achieve greater transition from the social space to the club environment, and to help us commercialize the sport for the benefit of everyone.
