New Online 6-Week Exercise Program Hits TTV

We are excited to announce that through the great relationship between Table Tennis Victoria and Diverse Personal Training we are offering you an exciting 6-week online exercise program personalised for the 60+ aged female members of TTV.
The program will run once a week on a Thursday starting on the 5th of November and going until Thursday the 10th of December for around 45mins (9:30am-10:15am) and will allow for social interaction in the online session to also check in and catch up with friends and colleagues of TTV.
The outline of the program will focus on mixed exercise, ensuring there is a heavy focus on strength, balance, and pelvic floor work. Given the feedback provided in the survey as well as the program being offered by TTV, it would be beneficial to incorporate table tennis movements, bats and balls into the workouts.
