Table Tennis Victoria (TTV) would like to wholeheartedly thank Board Director and former Deputy Chair Leanne Conrad for her service on the TTV Board and announce she has resigned from her position.

Leanne came to TTV as a respected and experienced qualified chartered accountant, chartered company secretary and a strategic leader with experience driving innovation across not for profit and corporate sectors. In addition, Leanne was experience din the provision of policy, financial accounting and reporting, governance, and business development support.

Leanne joined the Board in 2019, filling a vacant director position.  The vast amount of financial knowledge and experience she brough to the Board saw her fill the role of Deputy Chair position during 2020 before the AGM.

Over her three years on the Board Leanne has been a steadying presence and reliable source of information related to her skill set in finance and risk management.

She was a member of the Board that helped guide TTV through COVID-19, providing sound financial guidance throughout a time where many sporting organisations were severely struggling. She has also been instrumental in giving advice and lending her experience in negotiating TTV’s Lease and Licence Agreement with MSAC.

“We thank Leanne for her valuable contribution to the Table Tennis Victoria Board,” said TTV CEO Gen Dohrmann.

“Leanne’s financial lens over the operations at TTV during a particularly challenging two years has been much appreciated and helped the organisation to emerge from COVID with very few casualties,” she added.

“We wish her all the best for her future endeavours and hope that she will remain a part of the extended Table Tennis Victoria community.”
