As been advised on the entry form, we will be having a minute's silence at 11am to commemorate Remembrance Day. We will be stopping a few minutes prior to this at approx 10.57am. All matches shall stop (or at least finish off the point that's in play) regardless of the score (so even at 10/9 in deciding game).

Due to the high numbers, the 10am time slot we have much more groups than actual tables available. So we need to change some event starting times.

• Under 9 singles groups - moved from 9am to 12 midday.
• Under 13 singles groups - moved from 9am to 11am
• Over 30 singles groups - moved from 10am to 9am

We also wish for all scores of matches to be updated as soon as a match finishes, and not when all three matches in the round robin has been completed. So as soon as you shake your opponents hand to conclude a match, that match sheet must be brought back to control office so the scores can be updated.

We have asked Croydon players from our Junior comp (who are not playing) to volunteer their time and assist. If we can get some helpers, these juniors, will be the people you will give the match sheet to and they will run it back for you.

Please ensure all matches start quickly, match sheets are brought back immediately, otherwise it will be a very late finish.

We do not think we can emphasize it enough the need to come promptly when called to play, to get your matches started and to return quickly the finished match sheets.

The Event Draws will most likely be published on Wednesday on TTV website, Croydon Website and Facebook pages.

Due to the high number of players and busy schedule, we shall not be allowing people breaks for them to eat, you will need to work around the busy schedule as best you can.
