Inaugural Junior Leaders Program is a hit!
Published Wed 16 Oct 2024
The first ever Junior Leaders Program in partnership with Infosys kicked off on October 3rd, and it was an amazing session for our participants.
A massive shout out to Brian Tesler, Gavin Li, Immanuel Mullapudi, Louisa Fung & Wazir Saigal on being our first ever TTV Junior Leaders.
Infosys pulled out all the stops for our juniors, showcasing their amazing technology in games such as virtual reality tennis against superstars on the moon, and the power of their Wongdoody design technology and way of thinking.
Led by experienced mentors, the session provided a supportive environment for these future leaders to explore their potential and build confidence in their abilities.
Following these sessions, our Juniors took to the table to show off their skills and then sat down to discuss their ideas about how to make an impact as a leader in their clubs.
It was an inspiring start to what promises to be an impactful program for all involved.
We are incredible proud of all of our juniors who took part, as they learn the skills to make up the next generation of leaders in our community.
A massive thank you to our partners at Infosys for making this all possible, and to our juniors for giving up time out of their school holidays.
We can’t wait to see what they come up with and look forward to growing this program in 2025.
As part of their journey, the next steps for our Junior Leaders are to go back to their clubs and undertake a project that addresses one of their identified focus areas. An example of this would be helping to create some promotional materials targeted at other juniors to help grow the club.
The participants will be presenting their projects at the TTV 2024 Annual Awards, as part of their graduation ceremony!
