EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO CONDUCT THE VICTORIAN METRO AND VICTORIAN COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS - 2019 TO 2021

TABLE TENNIS VICTORIA ARE NOW ASKING FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FROM ALL OF OUR AFFILIATED CLUBS TO HOST THESE TWO CHAMPIONSHIPS FROM 2019-2021.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT CRITERIONS BEFORE APPLYING:

• Dates of the competitions – Generally held on the Queen’s birthday long weekend (Saturday, Sunday and Monday)
• Tables required – Metro (about 30 tables)
• Country (about 50 tables)
• Entry fees will be kept and managed by the host club. However, a license fee to TTV will be paid by the host club at the conclusion of the event - $8.00 per player participant goes to TTV.
• Table hire, referee/umpire’s fees, trophies/medals, balls and any other associated costs with running the event are the host club’s responsibility.
• TTV will advertise both events extensively through our normal channels in consultation with the successful host clubs.
