Announcement Re: High St Road Uniting Church Table Tennis Association (HSRUCTTA) - Disaffiliation

Further to the recent Board Meeting held on Thursday 21 February, it was resolved that HSRUCTTA has been disaffiliated for 2019 as a direct result of their on-going failure to comply with TTV By-Law 19.

This requires an Affiliate to pay the applicable annual affiliation fee, as well as the applicable registration fee for all individual members registered with the affiliate to Table Tennis Victoria (TTTV).

Consequences to members of HSRUCTTA (as laid out at Section 30, By-Law 19) of a resolution that a breach of the By-Law has occurred are now as follows:

• exclusion from approved tournaments and pennant competitions
• non-selection in State teams
• disqualification from any award.
