TTV Dec 2020 By-Law Update

Last night at the final TTV Board meeting for 2020, two by-law updates were passed.:
- By-Law 16 – Athlete Ratings
- Comprehensive update of processes regarding the usage of Ratings Central
- By-Law 7 – Tournaments
- Update Junior Age Groups as per the TTA change
- Update of Tournament Officials section
- Update of Division cut-offs (as per By-Law 16 update)
