TTV today received the following documents from the State Government that came into effect from Oct 21, 2021, 11:59pm which are of particular relevance (attached):

• Open Premises Directions – 21 October 2021
• Mandatory Vac Workers Directions (No 5) – 21 October 2021

We highlight a non-exhaustive selection of key sections in the attached documents for your convenience.

We also attached the updated ‘TTV COVID-19 Safety Plan – 21 October 2021’ that reflects all the current requirements.

Summary:

• Metro Melbourne is still closed
• Regional Vic now has a cap of 30, fully vaccinated participants, or 10 non/mixed vaccinated participants
• COVID Check-in Marshall is required to check vaccinated participants operating under 30 cap.
• Mandatory vaccination requirement for all workers/volunteers by November 26, 2021.
• Persons aged under 16 are exempt from vaccination requirements, as are those with medical exemptions

For Metro Melbourne, it is important to note that similar requirements are likely to follow in the next few weeks. We, therefore, encourage all TTV members to consider vaccination as a matter of urgency, if not done so already.

TTV has enabled a space for Affiliates on the RevSport portal to record the vaccination status of their workers/volunteers in their membership profiles.

If you edit a members’ profile, scroll down to Vaccination Status (Workers/Volunteers ONLY) where you record four pieces of information:

• COVID-19 vaccination status

• Evidence sighted

• Vaccination status checked by (name)
• Date sighted?:

If you would rather do this by paper, we do have available a template from the Vic Gov that can be printed and used. Email me back requesting this template if needed.
