Table Tennis Victoria (TTV) is the state governing body for the sport of table tennis in Victoria.

It has approximately 60 affiliate clubs, 5,000 club members and 23,000 overall participants annually.

It governs the leading State team in Australia, and regularly provides the majority of National Team players.

TTV is aware that TTV contracts offer companies a marketing advantage, as it provides them with a showcase for their equipment to affiliates and members, who are themselves potential future purchasers of such equipment. In light of this, TTV looks forward to receiving a competitive proposal.

Specific Assets available include:

• Exclusive equipment supplier to TTV;
• Access to branding and advertisement space on TTV digital platforms;
• Naming rights to TTV state team;
• Naming rights to 6 x state tournaments (Open & Closed Junior, Senior & Veterans) to be held at MSAC;
• Uniform branding of State Teams – Junior, Senior and Veterans (size and location tbc);
• Retail opportunities at State level gatherings including tournaments (x 6 State, AGM, President’s days, and other similar events;
• Bi-annual promotional material mail-out to TTV individual membership database (via TTV).

Please note that the categories and scope of assets have been left deliberately flexible in order that you can submit a proposal which best reflects your business needs.

Interested parties should email the CEO directly requesting a briefing note which outlines the the tender process to become the Official Equipment Partner of TTV.

Finally, your attention is drawn to the tender submission closing date of 31 May 2019 – it is envisaged that the new arrangements will be in place from 1 January 2020 onwards.
