Dear All,

This update is to inform members of changes to By Law 18 (Hall of Fame), section 28, and By Law 19 (TTV, Affiliation & Registration) section 22 as ratified by the TTV Board at their recent board meeting.

In summary, the following amendments have been made after consultation with various stakeholders:

By Law 18 (Hall of Fame) amendment of criteria 28:

• The stipulation of the above criteria for induction may be amended or modified only in exceptional circumstances.
  
  Changed to:

• The strict application of the above criteria for induction may be waived in exceptional circumstances upon agreement by the Board.

   

By Law 19 (TTV, Affiliation & Registration) amendment of criteria 22:

• The registration fee must be paid by individual members directly to an affiliate in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the prescribed membership application form.
  
  Changed to:

•  The registration fee must be paid by individual members in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the prescribed membership application form, either by:
  (a)    Paying fee directly to an affiliate; or
  (b)    Paying the fee direct in a payment system authorised by TTV and nominating the affiliate during this process.

This changes comes into effect from June 19 2020.
