2025 Geelong Open Review

Over the weekend of Feb 8th & 9th we saw the 2025 Geelong Open both Senior & Junior championships take place!
It was an outstanding event, with talent coming from all around the state to compete against each other.
“Over 200 of Australia’s best players vied for success at the Geelong Open Senior and Junior Championships at the weekend.” said Geelong Table Tennis Association Secretary, Phil Carruthers.
Nicholas Lum emerged as the men’s champion, defeating runner-up Sanish Ambekar in the final.
Riti Shankar emerged as the women’s champion, defeating runner-up Victoria Zhang in the final
The Para event was won by Christopher Morehead, special mentions to Eddie Teijeiro who was runner up to Morehead.
