The 2024 Mornington Frankston Veterans/Junior/Senior Open is set to kick off this weekend at Mornington Peninsula & Frankston City Table Tennis association.  

The Veterans are up first, with their tournament taking place this Sunday September 1st, followed by the Senior & Junior Girls on September 7th & Junior Boys on September 8th.  

MFTTA Interim President & Treasurer Max Coulthard provided some key information for all attending the Open stating “Gold and Silver Medals will be awarded in all events with minimum numbers except Juniors Under 9, 11 and 13 where trophies will be awarded.”   

“The Cafe will be open providing a range of hot and cold food and drinks on all three days.  Visitors welcome.”   

“Make the Mornington based table tennis tournament part of your holiday destination to enjoy all the wonderful things available to see and do whilst you are on the Peninsula.”   

“Hot spas, historical sites, great wineries, distilleries and restaurants, and of course its spectacular beaches.”   

“As always, all officials will be provided toasties and hot/cold drinks as well as a range of pastries from our local Bakers Delight” added Coulthard.
