The 2023 Veterans National Championships will be held at Netball ACT Stadium, in Canberra, from September 30- October 7. There are 82 players representing Victoria, with over 400 total entrants from across the nation. 

This year's tournament is set to be a fantastic spectacle, with the first 4 days hosting the team's events, followed by 4 days of singles and doubles events.  

After an incredibly successful Junior/Senior/Para Nationals earlier this year, we are hoping that the #TeamVic Veterans follow suit and generate numerous positive results. 

TTV (TABLE TENNIS VICTORIA) CEO Gen Dohrmann is very excited to be in attendance for Tuesday’s session stating: 

“I’m really looking forward to supporting our #TeamVic Veterans on Tuesday.” 

“There’s set to be some fierce competition with the other states, so I’m hoping we can Take it to the Table!”

Our two team managers John Wright and Adam Pegg are also excited to be involved, helping the players where they can.

John Wright is looking forward to the nationals having travelled up to Canberra from Yarrawonga stating:

"I'm very excited to be playing in the O30's Presidents Team, and I can't wait to catch up with other players and have a great tournament."

For ease of communication between players and the team managers we will be utilising the Stack Team App. This can be downloaded from the Apple store or the Play store for Android users.  This has been used many times over the past few nationals and found to be useful in passing information out amongst the teams and messaging within teams.  You can create groups within the App to aid in communication within your teams.
