Dear Affiliates,

I hope you and your members are all looking forward to the Victorian Closed Veterans tournament to be held at MSAC on Sunday 31 March.

Thank you to those clubs who have updated the TTV database with their current paid member list.

This is a reminder that to be fair to all members, we have adopted a stringent ‘no pay, no play’ policy at TTV tournaments.

With that in mind, PLEASE ensure that all paid member details are provided to TTV in advance of the tournament.

Note that there will be NO OPTION TO PAY ON THE DAY, as this places an unacceptable burden on operational staff and volunteers. This is in line with the requirement that clubs collect membership fees, not TTV.
