Dear friends,
As Season 2 is about to conclude, another season begins! The TTV Premier League continues to make leaps and bounds as we had 7 divisions this season which each division continuing to increase in standard! Our REVAMPED Division 1 format i.e. 'club hosted seeded individuals system', has paid dividends with the average team standard in that division being 1600+ and so we would be excited to take on more top quality players (more we get, more prize money on offer!) - sign up individually and we will find a home for you. But for now, Round 1 is scheduled for Wednesday 11th of September.
I have attached a flyer that provides you with a brief overview of the dates, format and costs for Season 3, 2019. Additionally, I have attached an entry form for your reference as well.
Please note that if you played for either an Albert Park, St Kilda Cricket or Maccabi team, your respective Pennant Secretary will inform you of your next steps and they will then forward the entries to me.
Please do not submit your entry to Claire, Ritchie or Marie in the office as it may be inundated with other emails. It is preferred that your entries are forwarded to me as it may be the case your entry does not get recorded.

All of the information that you will need (including club contacts) can be easily accessed via the TTV website via https://www.tabletennisvic.
Important Dates:
- Preliminary Entries should be submitted by 12pm Saturday 31st August - this will assist for coordination purposes.
- Final Confirmation of Entries should be submitted by COB Friday 6th September if and only if there are changes to be made to team compositions etc.
- A single Grading Night will be held on Wednesday 4th September starting at 7:30pm which will be conducted by Kameron Chan (myself) as the Chief Grader for new players ONLY. Though I presume I will be ably assisted as well. For all other players, this can be treated as a social practise night.
- A draft draw with teams will be released by COB Monday 2nd September with a Final Draw released on Monday 9th September.
- Round 1 will begin at 7:30pm Wednesday 11th September.
