Table Tennis Victoria through the great relationship with Diverse Personal Training are offering you an exciting 6-week online exercise program personalised for the 60+ aged female members of TTV.
The program will run once a week on a Thursday starting the 5th November and going until Thursday 10th December for around 45mins (9:30am-10:15am) and will allow for social interaction on the online session to also check in and catch up with friends and colleagues of TTV.
The outline of the program will focus on mixed exercise, ensuring there is a heavy focus on strength, balance, and pelvic floor work. Given the feedback provided in the survey as well as the program being offered by TTV, it would be beneficial to incorporate table tennis movements, bats and balls into the workouts.
