Reporting

Within TTV, the mandatory reporting function for any Child Safety complaints is to submit it via the following link:

https://www.tabletennisvic.org.au/incident/

This form includes the following categories:

• Allegation, suspicion or observation of any abuse
• Breach of Code of Conduct
• Disclosure of abuse or harm
• Environmental safety issues

The Incident reporting page also includes Injury Reporting for insurance purposes

For an Affiliate to achieve the "IR" and "CSMR" badges:

An Affiliate needs to have the above link in an easy-to-find place on their website and consider putting references to it in their policies.

Their committee members and CSO need to be aware of this link so that if needed, they can direct their members to it quickly.
